Our client based in North West of Ireland, a world leader in providing enterprise project and portfolio management solutions both to global organisations in private and public sector is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Specific responsibilities include:

We have an immediate opportunity with Mid West based multinational IT company for Sales Support Co-Ordinator with German He/she will call existing and new prospects via the phone, email and/or chat to ensure that their existing products meet customer expectations and whether there is opportunity to generate additional sales leads.  This also includes dealing with any product or presales queries. Role is primarily an outbound role, candidates who are technically savvy with an upbeat personality and customer service experience may also be a fit.

We currently have an opportunity for IT Support with Spanish & Italian with Shannon, Mid West of Ireland based multinational client who provide support to their customer base across EMEA. Working as part of a multilingual, multicultural team, the role will include providing end user technical support on a wide range of leading edge storage and wireless devices, both to business and end users. Working hrs 39 hr wk - Mon to Fri. Positions will be offered initial 12 month contract, with significant opportunity to extend.

The Role:

The IT Support Analyst is a member of the company’s IT Team providing IT support to users on all aspects of our local Infrastructure including desktop support and systems administration working closely with the Global Infrastructure Technology Team.
