We currently have new immediate opportunities for experienced Accounting Technician based in Limerick. Position will be offered on permanent contract.
Main Duties:
• Daily & weekly Operations Support & Reporting
• End of year audit readiness, along with ongoing monthly balance sheet
reconciliation reviews
• Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes
• Processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with queries
and processing payments
• Issuing of customer invoices, dealing with customer queries, preparing
lodgements, posting of receipts, account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing of expenses
To be considered for these roles you will need:
• 2 years working experience working in similar fast paced environment desirable.
• Assist with all company's monthly internal accounts and preparation of monthly
reports
• Processing invoices, accounts reconciliations
• Assist with audit preparation and full audit process
• Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
