We currently have an excellent opportunity for Finance Assistant with long established client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Position will report to Head of Finance and be offered as full time permanent.
Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable function; ensure all aged debtors are chased and cleared in timely fashion.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for AP & AR
• Assist the Finance Manager with general duties as required.
• Attend to queries, collate and provide information as directed.
• General Finance Administration duties.
Key Skills:
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in similar type role in a busy finance department.
• Previous experience working to strict reporting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise workload as per business reporting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum direction
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft, particularly Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of team.
