Our Client, a long established manufacturing company in the Shannon Region, requires a Finance Assistant to cover an upcoming Maternity Leave.
The role will proactively cover:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
- Cash Management
- General Ledger
- Assist in preparation of annual, semi-annual and monthly budget forecasts.
- Participate in setting departmental goals & process improvements
- Government & Insurance Returns
- General Administration
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team spirit
- Several years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Qualified or working towards qualification
- Have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Be methodical and organised.
- Have the ability to multi task effectively.
