Due to ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting Senior Accounts Administrator with long established Limerick based client. Position will report to Head of Operations and be offered on full time permanent basis.
Role: To process accounting information in a timely and accurate fashion for the Directors and Senior Management of the Company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Computerised Accounts using Sage Line 50
• Customer Invoicing + EDI
• Issuing monthly statements + collections / SEPA
• Aged Creditors - monthly balance
• VAT reconciliation
• Reports to include Trial Balance, debtors/creditors ledger
• Monthly bank reconciliation of multiple accounts
• Monthly return to Revenue for PAYE
• Accounts preparation and liaison with Accountants for audit
• Computerised Payroll – issuing wage slips and sending payroll file to bank for payment weekly

Key Skills/Experience:
Essential
• A good working knowledge of Sage Line 50
• Good ICT skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Team player
• Fluent English both written and oral.
Desirable
• Minimum of 3 full years’ paid experience working in similar role in manufacturing environment.
• Relevant third level qualification in Accounts (minimum QQI 7)
