Accounting Technician -Balbriggan Co. Dublin Full Time Permanent Post- Immediate Role
Eflexes Recruitment are currently recruiting an Experienced Accounting Technician for a Large Production Company based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
This internationally recognized organisation are seeking a dedicated, organised and experienced Accounting Technician to join their growing team.
This is a Permanent full time post.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Setting up new Clients
Producing Invoices & Statements
Collecting outstanding debts
VAT Returns & Payments
Reconciliation of statements
Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliations
Running Payroll for a small number of employees
Dealing with customers and General Admin Duties
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Account Administrator / Technician role or similar
Proficient in Bookkeeping
Experience in dealing with all accounts matters including Invoicing, statements, credit control and debt collection.
A thorough understanding and appreciation of the role of accounts and best practice
Highly motivated and organised with strong attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
