We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-known company based in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Duties will include:

Reconciling invoices

Sorting, coding and matching invoices before setting them up for payment

Liaising with suppliers and the wider business

Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues

Assisting with month end closing

Preparing supplier statement reconciliations

File management and archiving
-
Additional duties as required
Candidates will require:

Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

Excellent numeric skills and the ability to work methodically

Analytical and detail orientated in approach to work
