eFlexes are currently seeking candidates for a Finance Assistant role for our Clare based client, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals on a one-year fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Finance team and Line Managers.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance with payroll and employee benefit processing
• Monthly reconciliations
• Tenant Invoicing and maintenance of records, issuing of invoices to on-site tenants, including lease and service charge and related VAT calculations.
• Prepare monthly finance reports for the organisation.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports/data reports as requested.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports/data reports as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures.
• Deliver and manage specific projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Experience required:
• Qualification in Finance, business or related discipline
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an account’s assistant role
• Monthly Revenue and Expenditure Reports
• Full and clean class B drivers’ licence
