This is a new and exciting position in which the new Sales Manager will have the unique opportunity to be instrumental in the development and expansion of this professional and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standard of Client Service across all interactions
- Ensure that all systems, processes and procedures are complied with
- Develop Sales Strategy in collaboration with Marketing Team & Senior Management
- Set individual KPI’s and provide motivation and support to achieve overall KPI’s
- Provide leadership and coaching to ensure targets are achieved
- Performance management - setting targets, reviewing performance and identifying development needs
- Follow up and fully qualify leads and convert to client status
- Regular reporting on the activity and sales performance
- Develop customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities
- Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of the Company's product range and compliance requirements
- Maintain and build your industry knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience
- Proven track record in sales, management and team leadership
- QFA qualified
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Analytical and commercially-minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
