Our client, a renowned company in the Aviation Industry, have an urgent requirement for a Finance Administrator/Receptionist. Based in Shannon, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Department, in addition to all Reception duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sales Invoicing, creation and processing
- Accounts Receivable - Ownership of Collections
- Invoice query resolution - working with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Completing monthly Debtor reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc Month end activities
- All Reception Duties
- Building and maintaining excellent business relationships both internally and externally
- Assist with continuous improvement development and initiatives
- Any other duties as reasonably required
The ideal candidate should have:
- An Accounting Technician Qualification or similar
- Strong numerical skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Experience with Opera accounts package would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal English
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with customer facing experience
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
- Capable of working autonomously
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of reporting systems and financial processes with a focus on attention to detail
- Familiarity or knowledge of the Aerospace market would be an advantage
