Activities Coordinator Co. Limerick
Eflexes Nursing Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Nursing Home in South Limerick in the recruitment of a Full time Activities Coordinator. This role is Monday to Friday days only. The role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can interact with residents, families and co-workers with energy and respect.
We are looking for an innovative and creative individual who can create new programme development in the home and actively be part of care planning. This role will involve identifying the needs of residents, plan, organise and implement activities for residents both individually and in groups.
Education Requirements:
• Third Level - The right candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for working with the elderly
• 2 Experience or training in Sonas, SIMS, Cognitive Stimulation 3 A FETAC Level 5 in Care of the Elderly or related Social Studies
