This modern Large Nursing home is seeking an experienced ADoN to join their progressive facility in a permanent full time capacity.
This Nursing home is currently looking for an ambitious, bright and open minded individual to participate in management.
Job Description:
As the ADON your responsibility will be to effectively participate in the management of the Nursing Home, ensuring high quality care standards are maintained and that business objectives are met.
Requirements:
Must be registered with the Irish Nursing Bord and have an active ABA PIN
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in caring for the elderly.
The ideal Candidate will be a natural leader and will possess strong people management skills and will demonstrate drive and ambition.
Previous experience in a nursing home environment
Proven track record and ability to manage and lead teams in a fast paced environment a must.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills also required.
Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of regulatory compliance and HIQA standards.
