Head of Sales Operations | Limerick | Permanent
eFlexes Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head of Sales Operations on behalf of a leading employer based in Limerick.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial or sales operations professional to step into a senior leadership role where you'll have a real impact on business performance. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the Sales Operations function, manage a small team, and work closely with senior management to drive sales performance, profitability, customer growth, and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the Sales Operations team and support the wider sales function.
- Drive pricing strategy and profitability across the business.
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales reporting, forecasting, targets, and performance insights.
- Oversee customer segmentation, territory planning, and sales incentives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to improve sales processes and commercial performance.
About you
You'll have:
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, and reporting tools to support business decisions.
- A track record of improving sales performance and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to lead a team while working strategically and hands-on when needed.
