Solar PV Sales Consultant
eFlexes have a new opportunity for a Solar PV Sales Consultant to join a Renewable Energy Company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. The Solar PV Sales Consultant will join a dynamic team dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing the carbon footprint. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving growth across domestic, commercial, and agricultural solar PV markets with full support from the business. This role requires a hardworking, flexible, and growth-oriented individual with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales, excellent computer skills, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cold call potential customers
- Meeting Monthly targets
- Develop sales & marketing plan
- Gathering all the relevant information from the customer to identify their solar needs
- Contribute toward developing, implementing, and improving the sales process.
- Travel frequently to customer place
- Help identify new business opportunities, including possible growth areas, emerging markets and useful trends
- Assess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment, using equipment such as tape measure, compasses, and computer software
- Understanding of the SEAI & ESB guidelines
- Provide technical information about solar products
- Increase customer satisfaction through improved communication and turnaround time
- Follow up with the leads
- Liaise with our sales/operations/marketing teams as required
- Gather information from the competitors on a regular basis
- Attend meetings as required
- Continue to enhance selling skills, technical knowledge etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales position.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV technology, inverters, battery storage, and related components.
- Good computer skills for documentation and project management.
- Excellent phone skills for effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Full clean driver's license
