Clinical Nurse Manager- Limerick
Eflexes Nursing is currently recruiting an Clinical Nurse Manager to join a Friendly and Caring Team of Clinical Staff in a Large Elderly Care home in Co. Limerick.
This Large forward thinking Home prides itself on its dedication to person centred care. As CNM you will manage a very large team of clinical staff, whilst managing you will also be in charge of all the training provided in house. 2 years’ experience at CNM/ Senior Staff Nurse level is desirable
This role is permanent working 39 hrs per week attractive salary available for the right candidate.
This progressive home is looking for a self-motivated CNM who is looking for the next step in their nursing management career. Completion of a recent management course at postgraduate level is desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate will:
• Be registered with An Bord Altrainis
• Have a minimum of 5 year + elderly care experience including a minimum of 2 years at CNM/SSN level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
