Clinical Nurse Manager- Mayo
Eflexes Nursing Recruitment are currently working closely with a Well Established Modern Nursing Home in Co. Mayo with the recruitment of an experienced elderly care nurse for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager.
The position of CNM will see you work closely with other Clinical Nurse Managers and the Director of Nursing to deliver a high standard of care.
The post is a new development and will incorporate an exciting list of duties, and would offer a full training program. The role will be of general management of the Staff Nurse and Care Assistant team in conjunction with the DON. In the absence of the CNM/DoN your duties of responsibility will be increased and offer an exciting opportunity to learn and develop management skills.
We are ideally looking for somebody with a minimum of 3 years elderly care experience in ideally a Nursing Home Setting. No management experience is necessary only the desire to move into this sector.
