Eflexes Nursing Recruitment are currently working with a large Aged Care facility in the recruitment of a Clinical Nurse Manager based in Co. Offaly. This fantastic facility currently cares for short and long term residents and has become a big asset to the local community. This home is large in size caring for a range of residents from low to high dependency.
This busy home is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Nurse Manager who will support and assist the Person in Charge. A strong understanding of HIQA guidelines and workings is essential. Full induction and support will be given to the successful candidate over his/her first 12 months.
Salary is negotiable but can be discussed on application.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse under the General Division of NMBI
Must have a minimum of 3 years at a senior nurse level or equivalent
Essential to have a robust knowledge and understanding of the HIQA standards and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Management qualifications a distinct advantage
A strong Team leader and competent in staff management and training
Evidence of Continuous Career Progression is essential
Evidence of excellent teamwork, organizational and leadership skills essential.
