A Business Analyst is required for a 12 month contract with a leading software company with a base in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent Business Graduate to gain experience working with cross functional teams on a global scale.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Overseeing activity to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Managing a portfolio of customers across EMEA and APJ
- Analysing results and preparing financial reports
- Work as part of a global team to ensure issues are resolved
- Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- A Degree in Business or related Discipline with an emphasis on Finance
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a financial, customer service, or shared service environment would be a distinct advantage.
Candidates should also possess the following skills:
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Ambitious, self-starter who would like to progress in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage
