Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Contract: 6 months initially with view for renewal
eFlexes Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to work within a large multinational company based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
Job Overview:
• Provide first line support to valued customers and regional sales staff in their markets.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and also work as part of a team and engage with many functions (operations, supply chain, distribution, finance and sales) in order to deliver.
• The role will involve working on a number of systems (CRM and JDE) in order to complete sales order processing, customer set-up and maintenance, consignment stock management, return of materials, quotations, management of customer queries and complaints along with pricing, supply chain and logistics queries.
Duties:
• Ability to provide an excellent professional support to customers & sales
• Order Management for EMEA customers
• Quotations processing
• Management of customer queries and complaints
• Data integrity of customer profiles
• Consignment commercialization
Critical Skills:
• The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and professional and be capable of championing Customer Service
• Excellent communications skills; both written and verbally ( additional European language an advantage )
• Ability to represent the Voice of the Customer with strong ownership of issues
• Experience with JDE and CRM and Microsoft office suite is a pre-requisite in order to be successful
• Accuracy and attention to detail
