We have an immediate opportunity for Customer Service Assistant for part time opportunity (approx 22 hrs per week) on flexible basis with long established multinational client based in Shannon. Position will be offered on initial 6 months contract, with potential to extend for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for Customer Representatives
- Creating and updating records in the Customer Database
- Management of customer feedback
- Handling of all invoices related to ordered services by Key Account Management & Customer support team – rechargeable/absorbed
- Ordering of stationary material for the Customer offices as well as the team
- Organization and services – (e.g. catering, transport – minibus/taxi, hotel accommodation)
- Special support in organizing events, conferences, review-meetings, etc.
- Working with SAP (e.g. creation of Sales Orders)
- Development and provisioning of company merchandise
- Assist with any media marketing as required
- Ensuring that the company webpage / info boards are constantly kept updated
- Arrangements with Airport / Ground Handling Agents
- Arrangements for Flight catering
- Any other tasks as assigned by dept Manager
Skills/Experience required:
- Min 2 years experience in similar Customer Facing/General Administration role.
- Strong Administration skills/experience, including Microsoft suite of products and ideally SAP.
- Structured and organised approach to getting things done.
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are delivered as per agreed schedule.
- Self motivated, with the ability to work with minimum
