Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Supporting the sales and billing departments with issues that may arise
- Demonstrating strong communication and active listening skills to resolve customer queries
- Working as part of a team to achieve targets and managing contact volumes
Experience Required:
- Excellent English - verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer facing or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills
