Order Management Associate-West Cork
Eflexes Staffing & Recruitment are excited to announce that we are currently working with our long established customer in the recruitment of an ‘Order Management Associate’.
Our customer is a Irish Owned production operations based in the west Cork region. This internationally recognised company are seeking an Order Management Associate with experience within the Irish Market.
This role will initially start as a 6 month contract with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
This role will be Monday to Friday based in the office 8am to 4.30pm However flexible maybe required when meeting large orders or deadlines. Salary between €26-30K
Brief Job Description:
Input and process all orders received from customers via online orders, B2B sales or field sales.
Manage, track and resolve customer complaints on a daily basis
Liaise with internal contacts including sales and marketing, logistics, distribution
Responsible for ensuring that all orders are sent on time, achieving next day delivery within the Munster region.
Meet KPIs on an on-going basis
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Order Management role or similar.
Excellent communications skills with an exceptional telephone and email manner essential.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organisational, analytical and attention to detail skills with the ability to handle multiple queries at one time.
