Due to continued business growth, our long-established Limerick city-based client has an immediate opportunity for Production Supervisor to lead their Order fulfilment team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a new opportunity and so offers significant opportunity career development for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day management of Fulfilment Operation, ensuring targets are reached and quality standards maintained in line with business KPI’s
• Manage and document training for production personnel
• Work closely with IT and quality departments
Job Requirements
• A technical qualification in engineering or IT essential
• Strong leadership skills/experience
• Good understanding of Production environment
• Have good communication skills and ability to motivate and develop team
• Previous experience working in a similar Order Fulfilment environment a distinct advantage
