We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operator to cover evening shift (Mon-Fri) with one of our multinational clients based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Positions will be offered on initial 3 month contract with excellent opportunity for the longer term.
Job Duties:
• Preparation of orders, processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests in the stores department.
• Maintains quality service as per organisation quality standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete reports as in line with business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in similar fast paced regulated warehousing environment.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills, with energy and “can-do” attitude.
• Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle a distinct advantage.
• Current forklift licence desirable.
• Flexible and available for overtime as required to support business needs
Working hours – 4 pm to midnight/6 pm to 2 am Monday to Friday.
