We have immediate opportunities for Warehouse Operators with long established Logistics provider based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Positions will be offered on an initial 12-month contract, with significant opportunity for the longer term.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in warehousing and logistics. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch according to company procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where applicable).
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Leaving Cert or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- Entry-level position; previous experience in warehousing, retail, manufacturing, or logistics is beneficial but not essential.
