GENERAL SUMMARY
Reporting to the Project Sales Manager the primary objective of the role is the co-ordination of the aftermarket business for the product range.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

•Handling aftermarket enquiries.
•Coordinating the aftermarket business and issuing quotations.
•Quotation database maintenance.
•Calculating costings for new capital equipment.
•Review terms and conditions on new capital equipment.
•Sales analysis reporting.
•Monthly forecasting projections.
•Other duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Experience in a similar applications / engineering environment is desirable.
•Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
•Experience of supervising/managing a direct reporting team is essential.
•Strong commercial awareness.
•Experience of arranging shipments (ocean/air/road) and handling shipping documentation/regulations is highly advantageous.
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the capacity to quickly adapt to unforeseen customer demands.
