We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with our Limerick City, Co. Limerick based multinational client. The ideal candidate must have third level Manufacturing Engineering Degree with at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role. The role will be offered on a permanent contract basis and will include an attractive benefit package.The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Main duties:
-Assessing manufacturing projects
-Measuring the performance of all production lines
-Maintaining equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
-Repairing faults across production lines
-Changing over production lines to different product ranges
-Writing reports and SOP documentation
Essential criteria:
-3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
-BEng in Manufacturing Engineering
Desirable Criteria:
-Knowledge of computer aided design/modelling software
(CAD/ Solidworks)
-Experience using PLC and Robot Programming
-Experience in high speed production lines
