eFlexes Staffing and Recruitment Solutions are looking to recruit a General Operative on a Part-time basis for a client of ours based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
This position would involve general handyman duties in a residential facility in Shannon, Co.Clare.
Such responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection of residential space daily to identify problems with mechanical failure or breakdowns
- Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including repairing and installation
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required
- Maintenance of exterior and interior decorating
- Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens.
- Respond to requests from property owners and maintenance services as needed
