eFlexes Staffing and Recruitment Solutions have a requirement for a Maintenance Manager with our Limerick Based Client on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily supervision of employees
- Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
- Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
- Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labour and materials
- Ad Hoc Duties
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager:
- Strong mechanical engineering background in a manufacturing industry is essential.
- Previous management experience in a similar role is essential.
