eFlexes have a new and exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with a well established and growing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a permanent full time office based role, working in a busy and vibrant environment.
With a focus on Accounts Administration, the role will also provide administrative support, and work closely with the General Manager on various projects as they arise.

Responsibilities will include:

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Posting Invoices

Reconciling Invoices
-
Ensuring all Payments are completed

Handling all relevant enquires

Credit Control
-
Dealing with Customers & Suppliers
-
Payroll preparation
-
Liaising with Accountant
-
Other duties pertaining to Accounts as required

Office Administration
Skills & Experience required:
-
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
-
Have a high level of Computer literacy in MS Excel; Word

Numerical, problem solving and analytical skills

Experience working with Thesaurus Accounting System would be an advantage

A confident and assured telephone manner

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
