Due to continued growth our client company based in Ennis have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team.
The new Administrator will join a friendly and supportive team in a busy, fast moving office. Free onsite parking is available and easily accessible.
This is a permanent, office based role and offers the new Administrator the opportunity to work within a progressive company with potential for career progression.
Responsibilities include:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from customers in a professional and friendly manner

Support the Sales & Service team with general administrative tasks

Manage and maintain documentation, including reviewing work sheets, invoicing, and providing updates to both customers and managers

Maintaining Maintenance Contracts files

Managing the Customer Database from an administrative perspective

Assist in the preparation of weekly reports
-
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Experience required:
-
A minimum of 3 years administrative experience
-
High level of computer literacy (especially MS Word and MS Excel) and the ability to learn new software promptly

Excellent recall and verbal communication skills

Hands on attitude with the ability to prioritize workload

Strong attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
