eFlexes Staffing & Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced General Administrator for a busy firm located in Limerick City. This is a 10 months contract role.

Duties will include general admin duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic appointment diary system
  • Day to day office administration including telephone answering, reception and client hospitality
  • Maintain filing system
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Handle email correspondence including answering queries from customers or clients
  • Ensure all communications both verbal and written are conducted appropriately
  • Identify, recommend and implement administrative solutions
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required Experience:

  • 1- 3 years experience, preferred not essential
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, Word and Excel are essential
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative, organizational & time- management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills required
