eFlexes Staffing & Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced General Administrator for a busy firm located in Limerick City. This is a 10 months contract role.
Duties will include general admin duties:
Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic appointment diary system
- Day to day office administration including telephone answering, reception and client hospitality
- Maintain filing system
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Handle email correspondence including answering queries from customers or clients
- Ensure all communications both verbal and written are conducted appropriately
- Identify, recommend and implement administrative solutions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- 1- 3 years experience, preferred not essential
- Good Microsoft Office skills, Word and Excel are essential
- Strong attention to detail, administrative, organizational & time- management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills required
