Due to continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Administrator with our long established client based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Provide support to team with Administration duties, data entry, presentations, reporting, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
•	Manage manual and electronic filing systems.
•	Communicate effectively with subcontractors, customers and internal departments on service, delivery, invoicing, reports, billing etc.
•	Encouraging and supporting collaboration with departments across the organisation
Skills/Experience:
•	Previous experience in similar role including scheduling /transport management etc
•	Ideally have 2 years experience working in similar role.
•	Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Suite of products.
•	Strong attention to detail with an excellent eye for accuracy.
•	Self motivated with the ability to prioritise workload.
•	Ability to work effective in a busy office environment working to tight deadlines
•	Fluent English both verbal and written.
