Due to expanding business needs we are currently recruiting a Job Card Administrator for our long established aviation client based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
You will be joining the strong and established Planning Team, working closely with the project manager, planning scheduler and maintenance techs, to ensure the process from input to return is completed efficiently and expertly.
THE ROLE:
Transferring information on defects or issues from tech log to the working process
Attending daily customer meetings and recording minutes
Acting as point of contact for customers’ requests and creating these as jobs on the system
Ensuring communication between production, engineering and the customers is accurately recorded.
Closing completed work daily and controlling the in-progress job tally
Any other Ad Hoc duties as required
THE CANDIDATE:
At least 2 years experience in office administration.
Strong IT skills, especially of MS Office
Detail orientated, multitasker with exceptional time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with ability to meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills, teambuilding skills, and the ability to persuade others without creating adversarial relationships
