Responsibilities will include:

Provide general administrative support as part of an Office team

Point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional and friendly approach

Respond to customer queries by email and phone, liaise with suppliers on behalf of the Company

Dealing with all aspects of customer accounts

Investigate and resolve customer queries

Monitor aged debt

Carry out ad-hoc duties
Requirements:

Relevant experience in an Administrative/customer service role

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Attention to detail, with strong organisational skills

Must be Fluent in English

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
