In this role you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of administration and supports function within client’s Cork city based Development Centre. You will provide a wide range of administration support services across several areas as outlined below:
• General office administration support
• Dealing with deliveries and collection for the office
• Maintaining of stationery and supplies
• General reception duties
• Support to the site leadership team
• Support to HR & EHS and Facilities Manager
• Recruitment support
• Arranging of events and visits to the office
• Assist with Health and Safety initiatives and programmes as requested by EHS Manager.
• Health and Safety Support – Assist with updating Safety Statement, Risk Assessments, Metrics and Occupational Health requirements
• Facilities support – Audits & Contractors RAM’s as determined by EHS Manager
• Be part of the First Aid & Emergency Response team Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required from time to time.
• Demonstrate and adhere to company values.
Skills & Experience:
• Office Administration qualification or similar
• Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in similar role.
• Self motivated with ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite of products..
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, team player
