Location: Based in Ennis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibility:
• Assist with overall management of residential property portfolio
• Manage tenant and maintenance requirements within property portfolio
• Prepare agendas and minutes for operations, management, and Board meetings
• Manage reporting on all projects including follow-up on task commitments
• Maintain Insurance policies
• Accurately maintain and update databases as require
• Assisting collating information for weekly and monthly reports and/or meetings
• Supporting the preparation of external reports and presentations
• Maintaining effective systems for electronic filing, information retrieval and file archiving
• Assist in managing workflow and follow up on property acquisitions and property sales
• Coordinate office communication with legal and professional partners
• Assist in monitoring projects, follow up on milestones and deadlines
• Adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role
• Outstanding organisational skills
• An eye for detail, self-driven and conscientious individual.
• Ability to self-motivate and self-start.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Excellent IT Skills including advanced Excel/word.
