eFlexes are excited to be partnered with an Irish-owned pharmacy chain who are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor for one of their stores based in Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced retail supervisors with experience working in a pharmacy, who are seeking an opportunity to work with a nationwide brand. This role is a full time fixed term position providing Maternity Cover.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Pharmacy manager on day-to-day duties, and providing cover as a point-of-contact when the manager is on annual leave or off
- Maximising store sales and achieving designated KPI's
- Supporting customer needs by taking ownership of purchasing, to ensure appropriate stock levels and ensuring on-time delivery of goods
- Working closely with the support office to resolve any concerns
- Working closely with the Marketing and Purchasing teams to drive marketing efforts and sales incentives
- Coach and mentor junior staff members and drive teamwork efforts in-store, taking on an active leadership role
- Managing rostering, holidays, absenteeism and timekeeping with the store manager, and ensuring that full cover is maximised in the store at all times.
- Assisting with payroll
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy at retail support level, ideally in a supervisor or team lead position
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including Excel
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service, and showing a passion for retail
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff members
