We are currently recruiting an organised and motivated HR Administrator for a long established, multinational company. Client would consider the position based in either Clare or Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a busy team to support a global business, while furthering your administrative career.
Reporting to the HR manager, you will work closely with the HR team and site managers to support company employees, assist with recruitment and manage HR systems and policy implementation. This is a responsible role requiring an adept communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills who can keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing HR administrative support to various sites in Ireland and internationally.
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance in line with statutory obligations.
- Maintaining system records and preparing metrics on Workday and maintaining digital filing systems in line with GDPR.
- Supporting recruitment including sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding.
- Issuing documentation and updating and maintaining employee contracts.
- Assisting with training and development
- Reporting and data analysis on Workday/Excel and additional ad hoc tasks / project work as required.
Requirements:
- 1 year + HR / Administrative experience with knowledge of HR systems (Workday advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a multinational company would be advantageous.

The position will be initially offered on a 12-month contract with significant opportunity for the long term.
