We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator with County Galway (North) based multinational client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator to join a multinational company and gain exposure across all HR functions at a global level.
The successful candidate will assist and support the HR team with administrative HR tasks to support the delivery of HR policies, procedures, recruitment and processes within the company. Position will be offered on initial 11month contract with significant opportunity to extend for the right candidate.
Day to day of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR administration queries and support employees and managers in a proactive manner
- Manage the full life cycle of HR processes within HR system (SAP HCM)
- Oversee and administer starters and leavers process
- Provide guidance to Managers on operational issues
- Running ad-hoc HR reports
- Manage Probation Review Process
- Provide assistance in the Recruitment Process
- Policies & Procedures: Complete due diligence of policies and procedures across the organisation
- Other administrative duties including but not limited to invoice & PO assistance, employee letters, retirement assistance
- Keep abreast of any legislative changes that impact HR policies and update accordingly
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or a relevant associated discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in a demanding HR Administrative position
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Proficiency in MS Suite / Google Suite
- Previous experience of SAP HCM would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- High Level of attention to detail
- Strong Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
