Due to continued growth, our Shannon based client, a leader in the Aviation Leasing sector, has a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their HR Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the VP Human Resources, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR function across the full scope of HR responsibilities including: employee benefits, training, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations and communications.

Role Responsibilities include:

Provide administrative assistance to the HR Department.

Responsible for efficient maintenance and administration of HRIS databases.

Review and support employee payroll & benefits process for all the organisations global entities.

Training & Development co-ordination and administration.
-
Assist in budgeting/forecasting processes and preparation of compensation summaries.

Support company focus on Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.

Provide guidance and respond to queries in relation to HR Policies & Procedures and compliance with employment law.

New hire induction process in conjunction with hiring manager.

Monitor and adhere to parent company compliance schedule, updates, audits etc.

Actively participate as HR support in assigned business projects.
Candidates will require the following skills & experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business / HR or a recognised HR qualification, essential.

CIPD or equivalent qualification, desirable.
-
Minimum 2-3 years HR experience, essential.
-
Experience supporting a global workforce, essential.

Knowledge of Employment Law, essential.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-
HR Data analysis / Excel experience with the ability to produce, manage and present reports.

Uphold the highest level of confidentiality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a task-based environment.

Fluent English, both written and verbal.
