eFlexes is seeking an experienced HR Co-Ordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within our client’s HR team, providing essential HR support across various functions. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and HR Manager to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices that enhance business performance.
  • Serve as a trusted co-ordinator to leaders on employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary matters, delivering professional HR support.
  • Proactively resolve HR issues to facilitate smooth operational HR practices and initiatives.
  • Respond effectively to employee relations queries in a timely manner and ensure the organisation is legally protected in all employee related matters.
  • Attend operational meetings to follow up on recruitment, internal changes, and staff performance actions.
  • Participate in weekly HR meetings to provide updates and ensure timely action on agreed initiatives.
  • Develop training, communications, and recommendations for enhancing employee relations management. Lead the execution and implementation of Employee Relations programs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track HR metrics and activities.
  • Manage absence records, including annual leave and sick leave, and ensure accurate recording of weekly worked hours for approval.
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure current employee data availability, supporting business planning and decision-making processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure legal compliance and effective HR operations.
  • Experience handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee queries while proactively resolving HR issues.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with leadership, and effectively communicate HR initiatives.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple HR tasks, track HR metrics, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Proficiency in updating HR systems, managing leave and attendance, and supporting business planning through accurate data.
