We are currently recruiting HR Generalist with broad base on HR experience, ideally from multinational sector to join our multinational client based in Clare. The position will be offered on initial 12-16 month contract.
Key Responsiblities:
Responsibilities will include working closely with HR Management to provide HR support across the business, including, managing recruitment & on-boarding processes, dealing with employee queries, organise training, participation in HR process improvement projects, maintenance & update of HR Records etc.
Key Skills required:
- Degree in HR or related discipline with minimum of 3 years working in a similar role in multinational manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of employment and HR best practice.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
