eFlexes is continuing to develop its Employment Solutions business having been very successful in the provision of on site Contract Labour Services. We want to recruit a HR Generalist with a background in HR, who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and who can positively contribute to our company, our customers and our team.   • The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following:
  • Partner with the leadership team and the HR Manager to ensure that HR policies and practices are rolled out and implemented appropriately across the business to optimise business performance.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to leaders on all employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues by providing a professional and credible HR service.
  • Ensure smooth operational practices for all HR initiatives and services by proactively resolving HR issues.
  • Respond effectively to employee relations queries in a timely manner and ensure the organisation is legally protected in all employee related matters.
  • Driver of full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing. Co-ordinate on boarding & off boarding including induction, exit interviews, etc. 
  • Develop training, communications and provide recommendations for improving employee relations management. Lead the execution & implementation of Employee Relations programmes and initiatives
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain absence management system and reporting to include annual leave, sick leave, etc.
  • Maintain and update Systems to ensure employee data is up to date and that information is available to support business planning and decision making.
