Responsibilities include:

Ensuring an understanding of job content and client requirements

Advertising roles across applicable sites and social media platforms

Use all resources available to source candidates and build engagement

Screening and interviewing potential candidates
-
Advising and guiding candidates through the recruitment process
-
Providing interview prep to candidates
-
Coordinating interview schedules
-
Managing offers and salary negotiations
-
Building relationships with candidates to fully understand their career goals
-
Complete reference checks
-
Participate in Business Development initiatives
-
Other duties as applicable
Candidates should have:
-
Relevant Business / HR Degree or equivalent
-
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
-
Self-motivated, target driven and commercially minded
-
Attention to detail is essential
-
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously

Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English essential

Ability to demonstrate and take initiative is essential

Ability to generate new ideas, with good problem-solving skills

Proven experience in advanced search and sourcing techniques

Collaborative, team player.
