We have an exciting opportunity for Merchandiser to work with a premium brand fuel organisation supporting their customers based in Midlands/West regions.
Role Involves:
• Setting up display and merchandising in designated distribution outlets.
• Generating extra space for the brand and client products.
• Development of territory level sales and resource plans that identify and leverage key opportunities.
• Presenting and detailing the benefits to retailers of stocking the client’s products.
• Assist with planning and merchandising strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and support Sales team to ensure the brands stay centre stage in store.
Essential Requirements:
• Ideally have some experience with sales merchandising.
• Applicants must have a full and clean driving licence as well as be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience in negotiating shelf space.
• Track record with achievement of Merchandising KPI’s.
• Understands the importance of Merchandising.
• Experience in building relationships with customers and key store personnel.
• The ideal candidate will be flexible, hard-working and be willing to provide an exceptional service to our client at all times.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Package includes use of company vehicle, fuel card, lunch allowance etc. Full training and development will be provided to the successful candidate.
