We are currently recruiting for some new exciting Manufacturing Operator opportunities with a rapidly growing medical device manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Positions will be offered on an initial 11 month contract, with significant opportunity for longer term.
To be considered for these new roles, you will ideally have experience working in medical devices or similar regulated manufacturing environment, with excellent soldering fine pitch soldering skills.
Responsibilities
- Assembly, inspection and tests products following written instructions.
- Working on precision product assembly in a cleanroom environment.
- Inspection and assembly of products – can be visual, through the use of a camera or a microscope.
- Soldering of components under a microscope.
- Confidence using hand tool and basic measuring equipment.
- Accurately records information on approved documents.
- Cleans tools and equipment per documented procedures.
- Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance.
- Liaise with and support engineering, troubleshooting through product and process issues.
- Responsibility for maintenance of safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures;
