We have an immediate opportunity with Shannon based multinational client for experienced Quality Inspectors to join their weekend shift (rotating days/nights) team on initial 3 month contract. The Ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively follow processes & procedures, have excellent attention to detail, eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
Primary Tasks:
o Product inspection as per agreed standards
o Accurately log, label and record inspection results as per agreed process
o Complete all process documentation.
o Ensure that shift handover sheet is accurate and complete and reflects all relevant information.
o Ensure housekeeping standards and safe work environment is maintained at all times.
o Provide cover for other team members during breaks, training, meetings, holidays etc.
Key Skills:
o Previous experience working in a similar role in manufacturing environment.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
o Logical approach to problem solving
