Due to continued expansion, our Shannon-based client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Quality Inspector (CMM Operator) to work within their CMM Department.
The ideal candidate will be process driven and compliant with industry standards with excellent attention to detail. Needs to work well under pressure and be analytical and methodical in their approach.
Quality Inspector (CMM Operator)
- Ensuring the overall quality of manufactured products post-manufacturing.
- Operating a Zeiss Contura CMM machine for final inspection reporting
- Completing Certs of Conformance
- Adhering to AS9100 and industry standards
- Good understanding of GD&T, and ability to read engineering drawings
- Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products
Qualifications for Quality Inspector
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in a quality role
- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
