Our client, based in Shannon Co. Clare, has a new and exciting position for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of their digital sales across the global marketplace.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead and own the digital strategy, tactics and objectives for driving high performance and sales results. Increase search visibility, rankings and effectiveness of digital advertising, growing the digital footprint and profile through new media placements, audiences and channels, optimising existing advertising strategies and designing and implementing new ideas.
This dynamic role holds a pivotal position within the company and comes with an attractive compensation package, along with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:

Recommend and implement online pricing strategies to achieve online sales targets. Liaise with all internal/ external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured, complying with legal requirements.

Develop regional market specific goals to increase direct online sales in alignment with the Company strategy. Identifies and manages business development relationships to increase online sales

Own targeting, forecasting, ROI and reporting across all digital channels.

Serves as the subject matter expert on various channels, including marketplace, social media and email marketing

Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategy for company websites.

Develop and implement a strategy in order to improve website performance.

Research market to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.

Analyse various data to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPI’s.

Manage and track results; provide analytics reporting & frequent updates to global and regionally set performance/KPI’s.

Confidence owning, developing and creating exceptional digital campaigns, projects and initiatives end to end

Utilize analytics and tracking tools to gauge the program's success and adjust for improvements.

Create presentations, sales update reports and deliver presentations on a regular basis to inform key stakeholders on progress and competitive landscape.

Trouble shoot technical issues to provide a great customer experience.

Works cross functionally with other departments to maximize learnings and share best practices.

The Ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2C digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing or digital leadership role.

In-depth knowledge and experience across all digital platforms and clear understanding of how to optimise performance and growth to drive online revenue and sales.

Experience leading, managing and executing Digital Advertising campaigns with high results.

Strong analytical skills, obsessive about Google Analytics, digital dashboards and web stats, constantly reviewing the daily numbers, tweaking and optimising.

Experience managing, coaching and leading a team.
